In order to setup a Support Account you must first submit a Support Ticket.

Upon submission of your first Ticket you will receive TWO emails - one acknowledging the Ticket and a second issuing a PASSWORD inviting you to login to the system.

Once logged in you can view your Ticket, change password, etc.
